Welcome to flowprocess. We specialize in designing software workflows to remove manual, repetitive office tasks. By using flowprocess services and visiting flowprocess.tech, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Service

flowprocess provides custom workflow design services, digital information products, and physical goods as described on flowprocess.tech. Each offering is subject to these terms.

2. Use of the Website

You may access the site for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable guidelines. Unauthorized use of content, data scraping, or automated access is prohibited.

3. Orders and Deliverables

For services, we will deliver a project plan, design assets, and implementation guidance as outlined in the service agreement. For digital products, access credentials or download links will be provided upon purchase. Physical goods will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

4. Refund Policy

flowprocess offers an extended refund policy tailored to each type of offering.

4.1 Services

Project-based custom workflow design services may be canceled or rescheduled. Cancellation requests submitted at least 7 days before the agreed start date will qualify for a refund of fees paid less the value of hours already spent preparing your project. Preparation hours are billed at the standard rate disclosed prior to invoicing. Refunds are processed by issuing a credit to your payment source within 14 business days. You may opt to move the service to a later date without extra charges if notice is provided 7 days in advance.

4.2 Information Products

Digital guides, templates, and online courses carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you find that a product does not meet your needs, submit a refund request within 30 days of purchase. Approved requests will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Access to the digital product will be revoked once the refund is completed.

4.3 Goods

Physical items are covered by a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. To qualify, merchandise must be unused, in original packaging, and sent back to our address at Marina Bay Sands, 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956, with tracking information. We will inspect the item upon receipt and issue a credit to your payment source within 10 business days.

4.4 Non-Refundable Items

Certain offerings, such as on-site workshops and one-on-one strategy sessions, are non-refundable due to the significant time commitment and tailored preparation. This non-refundable policy is communicated before purchase. We offer the option to reschedule the service subject to availability, provided notice is given at least 14 days before the event date.

5. Changes and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a service, please contact us at +6585391012 or reach out at least 48 hours in advance. We will work with you to find a new date. For requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, a fee may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

Except as prohibited by applicable law, flowprocess will not be liable for any indirect or consequential issues arising from the use or inability to use our offerings.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
